The breakfast was delicious. It featured a buffet style with well-cooked food, and I went back for seconds. Staff members were organized and well-presented.
The pillows were inadequate, leading to an awful night's sleep. I also found no complimentary water in the room.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Chefs Rob and James happily chatted with us even though they were very busy. Liv provided a very detailed explanation of where everything was. Charlie helped us with the coffee machine and even offered to bring our coffees to the table. It was such a charmed experience.

The staff was fully attentive in all ways. They went out of their way to. They even changed a bulb very quickly in the shower when it stopped working. The walk-in shower was AMAZING!!!
I stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past but not for a few years. I was shocked this time to find that parking my car in the hotel car park cost £29.00!! I will look for an alternative next time.

My room was spotlessly clean. The hotel offered a very convenient location near the town center. The reception staff gave me a warm welcome.
The double beds seemed smaller than expected. Breakfast was just mediocre. I found it impossible to open any window in my room.
